Dear Gretchen, Bob and I wish to thank you for all that you have done for us. The first time I met you I knew you were someone who is very special. The care and love for what you do, comes through just by talking to you. I had been searching for an assisited living facility for my mother in law for over eight months, but with not much success. You and I visited three failities and within one month my mother in law was placed and she has been extremely happy since. Not to mention how happy Bob and I have been, we have our life back!!!! Also your referrals and assistance in financial support through the veteran's administration enabled my mom to obtain assistance in paying for her to remain at the facility. Mark and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your hard work in helping us find just the right residence for my Mom. You met with us several times and made this journey easy for us. Because you pre-screened these residences you chose nine of them for us to visit and assess before making one of the most important decisions for Mom. We met wonderful caregivers with immaculate homes. Many were conveniently located to give us easy and quick access to Mom. Everyone answered all of our questions. We interviewed other residents in these homes also. We finally chose one and moved Mom in with no problems at all. She was welcomed from the moment she stepped into the front door. She continues to thrive there. My husband and I are treated as members of this large extended family. Mom gets individualized care for all her needs and desires, including her favorite…chocolate ice cream with walnuts. This was a great choice! Thank you once again.
